Shipping is via Australia Post.
New Zealand: 4–8 business days

Remote areas and customs processing may extend delivery times.
UNITED STATES
From 22 September 2025, all US orders include a 19% surcharge to cover new import tariffs. Orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are covered at checkout, with no extra charges on arrival.
COSTS
Flat-rate shipping applies and is shown at checkout before purchase. For destinations outside Australia and the US, orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority or courier. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
PROCESSING & TRACKING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
EU CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions above.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take longer to process. If 15 business days pass without a refund, contact hello@harveyswim.com.au.
