Standard: Australia Post, 2–8 business days

Shipping is via Australia Post.
New Zealand: 4–8 business days
Asia: 6–12 business days
North America: 6–14 business days
Europe: 8–16 business days
Remote areas and customs processing may extend delivery times.

UNITED STATES
All US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are covered in full at checkout. There are no additional charges on arrival.
US orders can be returned for a refund but are not eligible for exchange. If you'd like a different size or colour, return your order and place a new order separately.
Refunds for US orders are issued less import duties of approximately $20 USD. These duties are paid to US customs when your order ships and cannot be recovered once the order has entered the United States. The exact refundable amount is confirmed when your return is approved.

COSTS
Flat-rate shipping applies and is shown at checkout before purchase.
For European Union orders, VAT is collected at checkout and included in your total. There are no additional VAT charges on arrival. Orders above €150 may attract import duties on delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
For other destinations outside Australia, the United States, and the EU, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority or courier. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PROCESSING & TRACKING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. For international customers, this includes return postage to Australia.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Exchanges are not available for US orders.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU CUSTOMERS
VAT on EU orders is collected at checkout and included in your total, so there are no surprise charges on delivery for orders up to €150. Orders above €150 may attract import duties payable on arrival.
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions above.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take longer to process. If 15 business days pass without a refund, contact hello@harveyswim.com.au
